Job Locations and Reviews
Tech arrived at a 2 system tuneup. Upon inspection, the downstairs condenser fan capacitor was out of tolerance and replaced. The condenser coils were hosed off to assist with air flow across the coils. The downstairs system appeared a little overcharged. The Deltas were within range. The ductwork and blower area was dirty. There was growth present in the downstairs supply plenum. The downstairs evaporator coil was recently replaced. The drain was clear and bleach was poured. The customer was informed of recommendations today. He will review the IAQ 200 UVC System and Air Cleaner information and will call back in once he makes a decision. The systems were functioning upon departure.
On arrival I found downstairs system running but not cooling. I checked the downstairs outdoor unit and found that it was almost completely out of refrigerant. I leak searched the evap coil and found a leak. I recommended speaking to a comfort advisor about replacement due to the cost of repairs and the stress that has been put on the compressor. Comfort advisor visit is set from 12-3.
System was in terrible shape, furnace was rusted out, blower and coil were very impacted. Recommended replacement and he has a friend coming to replace it today.
I installed iaq200 to help improve air quality. I wased the condensor and cleaned the filter. System is in tolerance and ready for cooling.
Tested all components all measured within ratings and specs. Refrigerant level is normal. Washed condenser. Changed filter. Recommend installation of UV light and level 1 duct cleanin.
During inspection discovered fuse was popping when in cooling traced source to outdoor unit and discovered that the source was from the contactor and that was the cause of the fuse being blown Customer paid for install of new contactor and would like to be mailed the invoice for contactor to give to company who installed to get her money back from them Also service fee needs to be refunded back to the card due to customer paying for parts to fix problem Left with customer's system working properly
Cut open ceiling. This price doesn't include repairs. ***NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SHEETROCK*** After arrival, the homeowner showed me the hallway where all the water damage was located. Due to a broken pipe in the ceiling. She had another plumbing company out here a year or so ago for the same issue and wasn't sure if it was in the same spot or not but most of the water damage was in the center of the hallway ceiling and the issue last time came from the laundry room ceiling. I gave the home owner the estimate for me to locate the leak by cutting open the sheet rock in the ceiling. After she approved, I started off in the hallway and came across no visible issues so I then turned the water on at the meter very slightly to see if I was able to hear or see any water leaks from the hole and I noticed that the issue was coming from above the laundry room. I went back outside and shut the water off immediately and then cut open another hole above the laundry room and there I came across the

The system in house are fully functional. There some build up on blower wheel and return box. This system could benefit from a duct cleaning and uv system. There's also rat dropping in the system.
2019 Goodman Gas Furnace Checked and tightened all electrical connections Recommended customer order new filter Drain was clear and draining poured a gallon of water down Blower motor and wheel were acceptable Evaporator coil was acceptable uv system is functional Ignition system was functional All safeties are functional 2019 Goodman Straight Electric Checked and tightened all electrical connections Dual run capacitor was within manufacturers range Primary electrical unit was acceptable Refrigerant levels were acceptable at this time Condenser coil was acceptable Fan blades and motor were acceptable Washed coil from inside out Waxed top of unit Customer paid to convert to new membership
Tested all components all measured within ratings and specs. Refrigerant level is normal. Changed filter. Recommend duct cleaning lvl 2 customer said she needs time to think about it. Estimates emailed. Declined work.

Addressed customers concerns in regards to yesterday's install I looked over the work that was done to ensure it was all up to standard including the sealing of plenums hanging of the unit the gas line and ensured drains were all installed correctly upon customer request I altered thermostat so that it shows the same as her thermometer and fixed her attic access so it would shut completely I was also able to get whit jana and sandy to get the customer an emailed copy of her itemized invoice as well as proof of warranty registration
Install 30k hz gas with 4" filtration system
On arrival we determined that there was no issue with the ac but she had accidently set a program on the thermostat. Afterwards the customer inquired about compressor saver kits and with her permission I installed on. When I left the system was on and cooling.
Came and confirmed that the compressor is operating correctly. The compressor is pulling 72 amps on start and is well within manufacturer specifications.
On arrival the system was running and heating. The indoor unit had clear drain lines and a clean blower and coil. The furnace operated normally. The outdoor unit passed all electrical testing. I recommend replacing the contactor on the outside unit because it is showing signs that it will fail in the future, and I recommend adding a compressor saver kit to the outside unit to bring its Amp draw on start up down to within manufacturer specifications.
Customer is shopping and one legged me by saying her son would decide on which quote to go with. I will email the customer. It was a good visit, hopefully she’ll call me back next week. She needs a 2.5 ton, existing equipment is 3 ton. Our book price is 8075 which was lower than everyone else. Install said they could do a 4 inch box filter type for her. She called back and sold 2.5 ton gas attic lvl 1 Install date: 11/2/2023 Cash buyer (check)

On arrival the system was running and cooling. The indoor unit had clear drain lines and a clean blower and coil. There was biological growth on the underside of the blower and the uv bulb was burned out. The outdoor unit passed all electrical testing except for overamping on start up.
