When I was here previously I had mentioned a couple of things too as well as moving the panel to the outside because currently is it it is inside of a closet and I did reiterate these things this time around but he is an interested mainly for the fact that he says that it's been working just fine but beyond these facts I found nothing specifically wrong

Opening up the main panel it was relatively new less than 5 years old previously tuned up so connections were tight he did not have a surge protector I did talk to him about that but he was not interested in one at this time as he has a surge protectors on most of his equipment he was also slightly concerned with the fact that a part of his kitchen wall and his office are connected so when power goes out in a portion of the kitchen it also goes out in his office but again he wasn't too terribly concerned it wasn't that much of a nuisance

2011 2ton hp. Leaks detected in evaporator coil. Oil spot found. Biological growth present indoor unit. Compressor amping above LRA. Homeowner respected my inspection but is not prepared to buy another unit.

Tech Cody Brooks arrived customer's home. I met Mr Edward and he guided me inside to the thermostat. While asking my fact finding questions he told me that he could see daylight through his return bit and showed me. The return duck had come loose from the plenum under the house and was in need of repair, I told him that there would be a repair fee for fixing the duct and he was fine with that and told me to go ahead and take care of it. I adjusted the duct and got it as close to the plenum as I could and then I started to use sheet metal tape to find it back to the plenum. once I got it nice and tight I got mastic and put it all around the tape that I had just put on. I did a final inspection and found no holes / leaks in the return duct. I then headed out back to the package unit to start my super tune-up. The unit did not have a hard start kit installed and the inrush amp test show that there were more amps than according to manufacturer's specifications. Be running amp test for the

Heatstrips are compromised. 1 of 2 functional and even that one is pulling over 24amps. Thermal limit is burned and cust replaced one with the wrong size. Leaks detected in extremely impacted coil. Homeowner absolutely does not want a new system. Homeowner temporarily lost his cat and got very agitated with me. I helped him find his cat. Declined all work.

Found blower Motor was shorted, not cycling air throughout main area of the house. Will have to order new oem motor for replacement. Installed universal motor so customer has unit running until part arrives. Found no other issues at this time.

On arrival system was in heating but the outdoor unit was off due to locked rotors. I replaced the broken compressor saver kit and the system ran and heated as intended. I am pausing the call so that we can update membership information, please apply this payment to the following month. Additionally customer asked if she can apply one of her two visits on the new plan to today's visit. I advised her that I was not sure if this is something we can do.

Indoor unit is operating within specifications, cap is out of tolerance, ducts and blower have heavy dustbuild up,outdoor unit is operating within specifications, cap is in tolerance, customer purchased level 2 duct cleaning schedule for Saturday the 10th at 9 am, also replaced blower cap, and installed uv system, left system heating ,customer may wants a comfort adviser to come out and give an estimate on moving indoor unit to closet and outdoor unit to back or maybe purchasing will follow up tomorrow about it

Customer wanted second opinion on previous companys diagnostic of a bad blower motor. Confirmed that was the issue with the unit and gave customer quote for OEM Replacement without manufacturer warranty. Found no other issues at this time.

On arrival the system was running and heating. Heat strips functioning normally. Recomended a uv system to prevent further biological growth in the blower and a blower clean. I also recommended a compressor saver kit to help extend the compressor and outdoor units capicators lifespan. When I left system was running and heating.

Goodman gas furnace with straight cool condenser installed in 2022. All electrical connections are tight with no corrosion. Gas pressure and igniter are working as they should. Heat exchanger is acceptable. Blower motor is working as it should. Blower wheel and evaporator coil are clean. Dual run capacitor is within tolerance. Compressor and condenser fan motor are acceptable. Customer has signed up for the home budget protection plan.
