I called about my A/C blowing warm air and the young lady I spoke to was very helpful. She made arrangements for a technician to come to home. On 09/22, Joel came to repair my broken AC unit. He thoroughly checked the unit and determined parts needed to be ordered. He hated leaving me without AC, as it was the hottest, first Fall weekend on record. He was considerate, compassionate and did everything in his power to ensure the parts were expedited. He returned on 09/25 and quickly and successfully repaired the unit. Thank you for all you do Joel! Your customer service is a breath of fresh air!

We change all 3 filter cleaned condensor coil. Ssytem is ready for cooling. The heating side is in tolerance one furnace is much older then the other. The systems could benifit from hard start kits and uv systems.

This system has a bad condensor fan motor. Today I replaced it under warrenty. System is back online and cooling.

Downstairs unit has a major leak in the compressor. System is currently holding 20psi and is still leaking out.gas furnace with straight cool condenser Installed in 2012. Comfort advisor is scheduled to speak with customer on April 15th at 5 o’clock. Upstairs system is a Trane straight cool condenser and evaporator coil installed in 2016 with a Rheem gas furnace installed in 2001. All electrical connections are tight with no corrosion. PSC blower motor and capacitor are acceptable. Refrigerant levels are in range. Compressor and condenser fan motor are acceptable.

Arrived for AHCx 2. Tested all components on the indoor and outdoor units. All measured within manufacturers specifications except the upstairs capacitor was out9f tolerance by about 5%. I recommended replacing the capacitor, and adding hard start kits for both units. Additionally I recommend Aprilaire upgrade kits and a UV system for at least the downstairs furnace. The upstairs P-trap was not installed properly, with the angle being up instead of slightly down to allow proper drain flow.

Tested all components all measured within ratings and specs for downstairs. Upstairs was pulling high amps on both compressor and fan. Refrigerant level is normal on downstairs looks a little low on upstairs. Washed and cleaned both condensers. Filters were recently changed. Neither unit have drain switches also neither drain line is built within code recommend installing switches on both and get up to code. Due to the recent installation of their generator I recommend changing both outdoor units for better efficiency and less pull on main panel. Customer replaced both indoor furnaces earlier this year. Upstairs system is running on r22 does however have a indoor coil compatible with 410a. Set comfort advisor visit for Wednesday 3-5pm. Scheduling follow up for Thursday.

Tech arrived at a tune-up. It was raining. Upon inspection, the capacitor was within specs. The contactor was in working condition. The filter was replaced. The Delta was within range. Ther was growth on the drain lines. There was air leakage at the plenum connection. There were ducts unsealed. The return duct for the upstairs system was disconnected. The customer will contact the duct company that just replaced the ductwork for duct repair. She decided have the blower capacitor and compressor saver installed on the upstairs system. These items were installed, tested and functional today. The upstairs system was left in the Off position. Running the system with the return disconnect can lead to health and system concerns. They will readdress #IAQ at another time.

Upon arrival system was down. He walked me to a thermostat that was blank. Afterwards I went through the system found caked return box and drity supply box. I added 2 iAQ 200 to help clean up the air quality. He could still beinfit from duct cleaning. As the system stands it's down and we have Don S coming out today to visit with him about system replacement.

Performed cooling tune up. Verified system is operating correctly. Recommended drain switch. Extensive amount of bio growth and recommended UV. Outdoor unit had high in rush and recommended hard start akong with whole surge protection. Customer denied service right now and would call back later to have us install recommendations if they decide to move forward

Tech arrived at a 2 system tuneup. Upon arrival there were people working on the ductwork. The home was under mold remediation. This hindered to inspection and it could not be fully evaluated. The tech was not given permission to run the downstairs system. The upstairs system was inspected. The filter was replaced. The blower area and coil was dirty. The blower capacitor was out of tolerance. The outside capacitor was within specs. The refrigerant could not be properly evaluated. The system did not appear to have Surge Protection. The customer was informed of recommendations including IAQ packages. He will review the information and call us back. The tech will follow up. They have a bad cap and want to have there buddy put it in. They also have the wrong size filter in the system. Please get the correct size before the system gets caked up with dust and build up.

Ran Htu on unit. All components tested good and drain was clear. Found insulation outside was worn and deteriorating, along with uv bulb out. Replaced both and installed uv wrap on insulation. Found no other issues at this time.
