His main panel and the panel outside for the pool were in good condition just a little old, all the connections were tight and gfci's were present
04/12/24 Tyler s- new gas tankless in attic. All 3 outdoor hose bibb leaked when on. Tightened nut and stopped leak when on. Backyard hose bibb drips when closed so needs to be repaired. Customer declined repair
Tech arrived at a service call. The customer has recently replaced the thermostat and the O wire was not recieving a call. The thermostat was bypassed and the system regained functionality. The customer was given repair options. He will replace the thermostat himself with a more basic thermostat. The system was left the way it was found.
Arrived on two system tune up All components were working and in tolerance Repaired information to customer The downstairs unit cap was reading 20 and the return duct was off Told customer and he okayed repair
Tech arrived at a service call. Upon arrival the customer mentioned that her son recently replaced the thermostat because the system was not working and that didn't fix it. The system was evaluated and the furnace control board has a tripped fuse. The fuse was replaced and the controll board sparked. There was visible heat damage. There was dust in the back of the board. The blower area and ductwork was dirty. The customer was informed of recommendations today. The tech advised repairs or replacement. The customer would like more time to contemplate her decision and will call back early next week. The tech will follow up next week if we haven't heard from her by then. The system was not functioning upon departure.
Tyler L completed an electrical tune-up he was having trouble with an outlet outside as well as some of the outlets in his bathroom I went to the garage and reset that GFCI that he had in there and all of the outlets that he was having trouble with did turn on after that I tested a couple of those plugs all of them were wired correctly his panel was in good shape but a lot of those wires were pretty loose he did not have a GFCI near his kitchen sink I quoted him rice and he said that he would just go ahead and do that himself and I talked to him about the procedure on how to do that but he still denied
Customer is going to order a lowboy heater and call us to install when it arrives.
Tech arrived at a 2 system tune-up. Upon inspection, the capacitors were within specs. The condenser coils were clean. The systems did not appear to have surge protection. The filters were a little dirty. The ductwork was dirty. The drains were clear and treatment strips were added per customer request. There was evidence of previous water issues upstairs. The heating systems reached complete ignition. The systems were functioning upon departure.
11/20/23 Tyler - AO Smith sent in new burner unit and control valve for water heater. Installed both and also installed a drip line for the gas line so it's up to code.
On this job I replaced filters tested both side of each ssytem and cleaned condensers. These systems are less then 2 years old and operate vary well. I recommend replacing the uv systems with longer lasting and stronger iAQ 200.
Install dual fuel 24k horizontal with high efficiency filtration and duct cleaning
Tech arrived at a membership service call. Upon inspection, the furnace was giving codes for limit switch. The system was reset and reached complete ignition however the blower motor did not come on. The capacitor was tested and out of tolerance. The motor was emanating heat. The ignition components were scorched. The inducer motor was pulling very high amperage. The coil and blower area was dirty. The customer was informed of recommendations today. Due to age, condition, presence of R22 and price of repairs; it is recommended that the customer speak with a Comfort Advisor about upgrading to something more reliable with warranties behind it. The customer agreed and the meeting is set for Friday afternoon 3-5.
Heating tune up on both systems went smoothly both systems have new filters and both kick in to heating and heat properly.

09/16/23 cleared blockage in Upstairs lav drain and then installed new customer supplied sink faucet. PLEASE send invoice as two separate parts $184.10
Tech arrived at a 2022 AirEase inverter board tuneup. Upon inspection the contactor was in working condition. The board showed no errors. The system had surge protection. The condenser coils were hosed off to assist with air flow across the coils. The filter was dirty. There was a damaged duct that was taped. The blower area was a little dirty. The drain was clear and vinegar was poured. The water heater was evaluated there was rust and corrosion on the tank and fittings. The customer has another water heater that is ready for install. Mark was contacted and the customer was given a quote for replacement. The customer will hold off right now but my call back later in the year. The system was functioning upon departure.
No issues detected. Refrigerant levels are normal. Washed and cleaned both outdoor units. Changed filters. Recommend compressor saver for efficiency and longevity
Low voltage issue on the reversing valve re attached it and the system worked as intended.

2012 Goodman Gas Furnace Electrical connections were acceptable Blower capacitor wasoutof manufacturer range , customer made a great choice and replaced. Evaporator coil was acceptable Drain was clear and draining poured agallon of water down 2012 Goodman Straight Cool Dual Capacitor wad out of manufacturer range, customer made a great choice in replacement Refrigerant levels were acceptable at this time Washed the unit from the inside out Waxed thetip of the unit Condenser Fan was acceptable
Upon arrival to customers house system was cooling During my inspection I confirmed the units were operating as they should and refrigerant charge on the system were good Left customers house with system cooling
Upon arrival for service system off. Inspected system and found drain line clogged at p trap and p trap connection failed. Cleared line and repaired connection. Reset p trap and tested with 2 Gallons of water. Tried to get in contact with customer to collect payment. Could not reach customer as they are out of country. Customer returns tomorrow, son requested we call them tomorrow to collect payment.
#iaq upon arrival for tune up system on and cooling. Inspected outdoor unit. Fan and compressor amp draw within unit specifications. Capacitor within tolerance. Refrigerant pressure good. Cleaned unit. Inspected indoor unit. Blowers and coils clean. Drain line clear. Defrost functioning. Recommended adding compressor saver kit to reduce wear and extend life of compressor. Left system on and cooling.
Arrived at location and spoke with home owner. Inspected indoor unit. Electrical connections tight. Excessive dust buildup in supply duct. Recommended duct cleaning and blower pull and clean. Home owner interested in duct cleaning, may contact office in near future to schedule. Blower capacitor in spec. Temperature delta within acceptable range. Filter changed. Coil clean and in good condition. Inspected outdoor unit. Electrical connections tight. Fan and compressor Amp draw good. Refrigerant levels good. Capacitor in spec. Fan motor housing rusting. Coil washed. Coil in good condition. Surge protection not active. Recommended replacement, home owner agreed.
Tune up showed an extremely drity return I recommed a duct cleaning and a uv light to maintain a healthy system. Other wise system is new and works great.
Checked inside and systems. Downstairs system is well. Amp draws and capacitor readings are within range. Blower and coil are clean. Ducts are clean. Upstairs unit amp draws and capacitor tolerances are within range, start up amp draw is higher than max. Blower and coil is clean ducts are clean. Talked to customer about surge protection and hard start kits. Systems left in working order, changed thermostat batteries
