Customer had thermostat on fan on which is reason unit did not turn off. Outdoor did not turn on. Checked wiring and seen everything was fine and turned on system. Outdoor turned on. Seen refrigerant was a little low so went ahead and added some and let customer know unit is cooling again.

On this job I replaced a gas valve with propane conversion kit.

Bad pressure switch, replaced pressure switch under warranty. System is operating normally at this time.

Build up on blower wheel, evaporator coil rusty and dirty, system is operating normally at this time.

HTU performed. Main home unit - 2007 allstyle indoor mixed with a 2019 goodman 3 ton straight cool condenser. Indoor unit is extremely compromised; heavy rust throughput, poor filtration, impacted intake side of evaporator coil, heavy build up on blower wheel, biological growth present. Worker housing unit - 2017 nortek 2017 4 ton straight cool. Filters must be replaced asap, dual run 45/7.5 failing, high superheat with low subcool indicates low on charge. Will need to aquire a larger ladder as I did not have one that would allow me to safely get to the indoor unit. I presented the issues of the worker housing to the home owner and she said it's okay for me to come back and check if there is a leak in the evaporator coil due to my refrigerant readings and would discuss after that. System on upon arrival. Upon evaluating the situation and talking with home owner, I crawled under the house and saw a main dct that supplies the left side of the house had fallen. Simple fix.

System was not running in 2nd stage cooling, fixed wiring problem and system running in 2nd stage cooling now, adjusted refrigerant levels, system operation is normal. Checked duct work and no air loss present, one jumper duct is messed up but is not leaking air.

Fan timer was bad removed it and run it on a relay. Pausing call office will collect payment on Friday. System is now cooling.
