Annual maintenance completed.

On arrival systems were running and cooling producing a 20 degree delta. Indoor units had clean blowers and coils and the drain line flowed when flushed. I installed a drain treatment strip in the bathroom unit and a new uv bulb in the garage unit. Both outdoor units passed all electrical testing and were running when I left.

Ran STU on customers unit. All heating and cooling components tested within recommended tolerances. Found biological growth in supply plenum, no hard start and no surge protection. Customer declined all repairs at this time.

3/5 Brock & Daniel- Installed inducer motor under customers parts and labor warranty. Tested in heat and all components tested good. Found no other issues at this time.

During inspection discovered that pressure switch was tripped due to inducer motor seizing up and not allowing the proper pressure to build up Spoke to customer and made him aware of the situation and that the part would need to be ordered Order single phase inducer motor

There was biological growth present in both air handlers. I recomended iaq 200 air scrubbers to prevent further growth and provide clean air. I recomended primary drain line switches to further protect the home from water damage. I recomended upgrading filters to April aire filters that do not allow air to bypass them. The outdoor units were in good shape electrically but the down stairs system was overamping on start up. I recomended a compressor saver kit to address this.

Customer called

Ran Stu on cusotmers unit. All heating and cooling electrical components tested within normal tolerances. Did find Dirty ducts and Signs of biological growth inside of evaporator coil. Recommended to customer that we install u v system and clean duct work. Customer would like office to call tomorrow about duct cleaning since she had to talk it over with daughter. Found no other issues at this time.

After arrival I explained to the homeowner what today's plumbing process entailed. I then asked her if there was anything specific. She would like me to take a look at today while I was here and she gave me a small list so I started checking them out and after taking multiple pictures I built some estimates for her. Luckily, majority of the list was small things that I was able to do while I was here on the job like Remove some of the buildup directly underneath the pop-up assembly for the master bathroom faucet so it'll start draining properly again. I then gave the homeowner an estimate for me to replace the shower cartridges because she has been having an issue with that recently. The homeowner will give us a call if she decides to move forward with the estimate that I built today.

Ran STU on both systems. All heating and cooling components were in working order. Did find flue pipe for downstairs unit to be detected. Reattached flue. Also found upstairs unit has no Hard start and an insulation R valve of R-11. Drain lines were clear. Recommended a hard start and to blow insulation upstairs. Found no other issues at this time.

Ran Heating tune up on both systems in the house. All heating components tested normally. Checked both drain lines and drains were clear. Found UV Bulb was out and needing to be replaced. Also recommended a second UV system in other unit, and a possible upgrade. Found neither unit to have surge protection. Found no other issues at this time.

Added new return and supply plenums. Rearranged snd sealed ductwork. Amos and I went to every room and verified airflow.

System installed, there is no filter on ceiling filter grill, customer is aware. Install 60K horizontal gas use current filtration

I came to install a hard start kit for new condenser that Dennis installed.

Spot welded suction line of condenser that had leaked out, then charged unit withcorrect amount of refrigerant. System is up and running

replaced condenser, vacuumed, checked charge, system is operating normally at this time.

9/4/23 - System is very low on refrigerant. I did not have any refrigerant to add to the system to be able to do a leak search, so I am pausing the call. Compressor leaking, 9/5/23 Compressor leaking, ordered compressor for Colby and Ryan to replace.

Old lever breaker disconnect didn't have the strength to push back in i used a flat head to knock it back in to place. Recall on service fee

Upon arrival system was in working condition. Looking at the outdoor unit all electrical connections and components are good. Capacitor within tolerance. Refrigerant levels are acceptable. Amp draws are acceptable. Cleaned unit inside out. Looking at the indoor unit all electrical connections and components are good. Blower and coil are clean. Drain lines are flowing. Recommended pan strip since there are no air holes for bleach. Filter was changed. Left system in working condition.

Arrived to unit not coolimg due to an electrical connection loose ,corrected that and left system cooling

On arrival the outdoor unit was not turning on. I replaced the open capicator and the unit would not turn on due to thermal overload. After 30 min of cooling the compressor off the system turned on and produced a 20 degree temperature drop. I recommended a compressor saver kit to the customer and with his permission I installed it.
