Electrical Nightmare Resolved
Leslie - Glen Rose, TX 76043
Tyler has been here before, twice when we had electrical failures. This time he came out to resolve issues that had not yet become apparent. He opened up @40 plugs and @20 switches to confirm the wires were properly attached and tight. Found loose wires in every room. We sleep better now.

We were having problems with two circuits in our house, they just suddenly quit working. Tyler located the problems, loose terminal connections. He then checked every plug on the circuit and found additional loose connections. One of the plug receptacles needed to be replaced and he completed that task as well. Excellent work, very knowledgeable.

Leslie - Glen Rose, TX 76043
Had a problem with 2 different circuits not working. Tyler located the problem (loose wires at two different electrical outlets). Very strange since this home is only 18 months old. I wonder how many other outlets are waiting to fail? This could have taken hours but Tyler took care of the problem quickly. Excellent work.

Leslie - Glen Rose, TX 76043
Tyler Lawyer arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and professional. It is a new house so he found no problems. He did tighten some of the main panel circuit screws and explained that sometimes the screws become loose from movement/temperature fluctuations.

Leslie - Glen Rose, TX 76043
Scheduling could have been better, waiting from 10 A to 5 P was unacceptable. A text the morning of service narrowing the time to 2 hrs would have been better. Justin was great.
Glen RoseTX76043 32.1625-97.6875Quick to the problem, couldn't solve it ,got back up online, super efficient.

No Smoke. Wanted evaluation of solar monitor failure and burn smell. That's what I got. No Fake, NoGuess, called for backup to avoid making it worse by " fiddling" as others sometimes do. Appreciate the honest timely facts. Team having to research solution though.

William advised me of my options and shone the hvac systems that would meet my family’s needs for the future. He also gave me information on the warranties that were part of each system. We were able to pick the system that fill our needs and fit our budget. William deserves a raise.

Aaron did an outstanding servicing my Air conditioner. He did a great job of explaining the issues with my unit. He also recommended the company warranty/ membership to cover future repairs and a discount on a new air conditioner. He was very professional and had a great attitude. Based on my experience with Aaron I would highly recommend Comfort Experts to anyone needing ac service.

Rhiannon - Glen Rose, TX 76043
The technician was very nice but was only interested in selling me a new unit. I’ve worked for hvac companies for 13 years. I’ve worked for a company that had similar training in scare tactics and manipulation to sell units. They offer a low “service call” rate to get in so they can make money off unneeded repairs or installing a new unit. He told me I’d be needing upwards of $3000 in repairs (my units is 11yrs old). Had a smaller company come out and all I needed was to have my condenser washed out. The cottonwood was caked on so thick you couldn’t see through but the technician for this company didn’t even mention washing it out. Unit is working great since I called someone else out and it only cost me $200 (and that was for a maintenance plan so I still have services coming at no extra cost). Was told I needed a new condenser fan motor (among other repairs), but when smaller company came out he informed me my motor was only about 1 year old! They will offer you great warranty if you are wanting to replace your unit, but if you’re looking to simply repair, I do not recommend calling,

I have completed an electrical wreck work to check every single switch and plug inside of the home and make sure that the connections were tight and proper I had originally gone out there for a circuit failure on 1/22/24 and again on 2/13/24 in both situations the failure was due to loose connections on one occasion one plug had melted in the bathroom due to arcing

Found no others issues in system Talked with Tennant about uv bulb replacement. Also talked about uvc 200 and the benefits uvc 200 has over standard uv system that last longer.

During inspection verified that system was working properly Spoke with customer about unit surge protector being out and how it had protected the system from a surge that had come through and if they wanted to get a new one installed onto the system Went ahead and got that new surge protector on and had the system up and running Left customer's house with system operating properly

Tyler L is completed an electrical evaluation trying to find the box plugs and switches that I uncovered were all very loose almost completely untightened along with this fact I found a wire that was stabbed into the back of an outlet to be completely severed it broke off the worksmanship for the house and its entirety electrically speaking was very unprofessional I have suggested to them to get into contact with their original builder and try to sort this out

Outdoor kept hitting head pressure attempted to recover refrigerant thinking it may have been overcharged no change after hours of troubleshooting supervisor and myself both agree DOA heat pump. This is our 4th visit within 30 days time. Materials have been added will return when parts are available or when DOA approved.

There was a smaller separate panel mostly next to their solar equipment that did include the breaker that was causing them issues it was tripped I reset it and explain to them that putting their space heaters on said circuit especially when that circuit is wide spread around the house will trip it

Arrived to no heat. Technician discovered that heat strips were running but the delta T was only 3 degrees. Went outside to find the heat pump was stuck in air conditioning. Disconnected reversing valve and it did not move. Reversing valve is stuck in AC. Pulled disconnect outside so the customer could have heat from the heat strips. House was heating upon departure.

Homeowners claim the filter was replaced in November 2023. It does seems much dirtier than the time frame. High pressure cutout switch tripped on condenser unit. Reset all power from the breaker to the 24v circuit board plugs, wired 10min and reconnected and turned power back on. All error codes cleared, system came on with no issues. Waited additional time to let the tstat reach its set point, turned off properly. When turning tstat up 2 degrees, system came on with no issue. DeltaT was 28 and all rooms were pushing 100 degrees from supply vents. System is fully functional and heating property. I did everything last tech did and did not collect a service fee. Homeowners brought up the idea that the system was not worth the price and in order to de-escalate I waive the service fee. Homeowners are interested in duct cleaning but husband was not available to make that decision at the time.

Tyler L completed electrical etu I found no issues within the main or the sub panel he did not have a search protector I did talk to him about it and I gave him a price of 713 but he was not interested today but he does seem very unhappy with his air conditioning situation due to the previous company that installed it besides that gfci's are located in the appropriate spots and all of the plugs are wired correctly I also tightened up all of the connections to The breakers inside of the sub panel

Trane propane furnace with straight cool condenser installed in 2017. All electrical connections are tight with no corrosion. Ecm blower is acceptable. Blower wheel and evaporator coil are clean. Gas pressure and igniter are in range and working as they should. Heat exchanger is acceptable. Compressor and condenser fan motor are working as they should and capacitor is within tolerance. Refrigerant levels are in range.
