Upon arrival I found a bad primary electrical control, failed capacitor And a fan motor that is overheating. Was able to make system operate at this time, issues not fixed Cust wants to tall to CA about replacement

Membership AC and Heat Maintenance

2 system super tune up. All electrical connections are tight with no corrosion. Both blower motors are pulling proper amperage. Blower wheels and evaporator coils are clean. Heat strips are pulling proper amperage. Compressors and condenser fan motors are acceptable. Refrigerant levels are in range. Customer wanted an estimate to add soft starts to the air conditioning units and adding an interlock switch for a portable generator. Customer has two 200 amp panels being fed by outside mains. Main panel will need to have a 200amp main switch added to it in order to install the interlock switch. Square D homeline boxes and breakers.

Tech Cody Brooks arrived to customer's home. I met with Mr and Mrs Barre. They showed me inside to the thermostat and where I could get access to the attic unit. I started indoors, I opened up the cabinet and inspected the coil and blower wheel, both were clean. I looked inside the supply plenum and notice that it was very clean, and saw that they had a UV light installed. I then swapped out the filter and noticed that the return plenum had a lot of dust buildup so I brought this to the attention of the homeowner. I then headed outside to the outdoor unit, I noticed that the unit nor the home had surge protection installed. I informed the homeowners that if their unit went out due to a surge that the manufacturer would not honor the warranty. I recommended that they get a unit surge protector because they did not have any open breaker spots in there electrical panel. After opening up his panel I found that about four of his breakers are double-legged we talked about a panel rejuvenation that I have made an estimate and sent he is not interested at the moment I also checked plugs inside most of which were fine I did have one that had an open ground but it was GFCI protected

Arrived to no heat/ no cool. Discovered that the drain switch in the secondary drain line had tripped. Checked drain to find a partial blockage. Was able to clear with customer supplied vinegar and hot water. System running upon departure.

03/01/24 Tyler s- repaired drain line under master sink. Was leaking, replaced washers and nut on back end

Tech Cody Brooks arrived at customer's home. I went to the upstairs unit and opened up the cabinet for the furnace. I inspected electrical connections to the safeties of the furnace and tightened any loose connections. I took a amp reading of the inducer fan motor and it came back below manufacturer specifications. As I was inspecting the evaporator coil, I noticed that the customer didn't have a pan strip, and added an estimate for him. I noticed that the return plenum had some dust and animal hair build up, I made the homeowner aware of this. Overall the system is in good health. I made the customer aware of our membership plan but he was not interested in purchasing it today.

Outdoor throwing 04 code compressor lockout. Checked pressure and charge, capacitor cleanliness of indoor and outdoor coil. Found no issues at this time. Stated to customer to note if unit stops again and note temp outside as well as temp setting indoor. Left system running

Carrier heat pump with air handler installed in 2020. Arrived to thermostat not working. Had a blank screen. Customer had installed new thermostat however it was not set up correctly. Technician correctly installed thermostat and set it up as a heat pump. Performed function check in heat, cool, and emergency heat. All functions normal. System set to 70 degrees and was heating upon departure.

Install customer supplied water heater in garage with removing filters to gain access to water heater. Installing new supply lines to water heater Need to schedule for 02/06/24 12 o'clock

Upon arrival customer stated system wasn't heating or cooling properly and his electric bill had increased by a large amount. Customer also stated that the outdoor unit wasn't running. Upon inspection, system was down on 04 code meaning rotor was locked. Found Condenser coil was heavily impacted with dust and dirt, also checked filter and filter was heavily impacted as well. Washed condenser coil from inside out till debris was clear and changed filter. Came to the conclusion that when the out door was tripped on 04 code airhandler heat strips were running constantly for about a month long period, causing electric bill to rise. Upon leaving customers home system was running as should and left system in cool mode. Customer confirmed system was running properly.

Mark D. completed annual heating system tune up.

Heating tune up performed today. All electrical connections are tight with no corrosion. Ecm blower motor is acceptable. Blower wheel and evaporator coil are clean. Air filter was changed on this visit. Gas pressure and igniter are in range and working as they should. Heat exchanger is acceptable. The technician resealed a duct that had come loose from the plenum.

Quick clog blockage

Defrost mode was activated and is what startled homeowner. Explained how defrost operates on a HP. System functional. Duct cleaning level 1 to be performed 01/22/24, payment after work per customer request. Electrician visit to discuss the kitchen gfci breaker tripping often. Recommended whole home surge protector.

Tyler Hill completed an HVAC to electrical I replaced their GFCI breaker for their kitchen turned it on and it seems to be working just fine I did tell him that if he had any more issues with it to call us and then we would happily come out and check it

Tyler Hill completed etu found that the main panel had a few problems such as a 50 amp breaker that was double tapped along with a wire coming out of the front plate of the panel connecting to a ground rod that was added in by the homeowner help with some kind of static issue I tried to get him to let us look into the problem it was not interested he also did not have a surge protector and a few of his outlets were open grounded and he did need a couple of GFCis
