Michael and Alonso came out to assess our AC which had stopped cooling in the upstairs for about a week and turns out the "return duct" had some damage of the metal ring that goes around to I guess keep it secure and hold its cylinder shape. It's impossible to know when or how it got damaged whether by the installers or the duct cleaners we had in earlier this year. Daniel was with me every step of the way, and I was less anxious about the entire project knowing that it was in his very capable hands. He confidently navigated each unforeseen issue – and there were many – while patiently answering my questions and constantly troubleshooting issues with the team.

For this evaluation the customers system had stopped cooling. We started at the outdoor and it was throwing a 04 Open Start Circuit fault. The capacitor was good however the hard start was busted. We replaced the hsk Under warranty and after resetting the system it kicked on and started cooling.

On arrival customer stated his utility bills have been through the roof. Switched call to evaluation, attempted to check refridgerant levels, both systems have very high subcools due to very dirty condensers. Was able to remove three of four magnetic locking caps. Customer opted to clean his own condensers. Systems off as I left.

Today I showed up for an evaluation on a 10-year-old gas furnace Carrier Infinity system the outdoor unit was not running and throwing code 71 compressor dropped out I reset the board to assess the situation the system came on and showed to be severely low on refrigerant indicating a leak and at the same time running a high head pressure the coils did not look particularly dirty though it is probably due for a service the homeowner has American Home Shield and is on the fence about how to move forward I offered a coil cleaning and refrigerant however I am unable to guarantee that the system will resume normal operation after doing so I also recommended a permanent solution of full replacement starting with a fresh 10 year warranty however the homeowner said she is looking to sell the house I was going to schedule a comfort advisor to at least provide her with numbers so she can make an informed decision however she is uncertain about her schedule and would like to call the office at he

for this job, I did an evaluation. when I showed up the secondary line was full and the float switch was tripped. Offered the homeowner a drain cleaner however, when I was going to get started on the work, the pipe attached to the evaporator pan was broken. The threading that goes into the pan was lodged inside and I could not remove it. Water was leaking out from this area instead of going into the pipe. The system is three years old and she still has warranties with the company that installed it. She is going to call them out to make the repair. I called the office to give her a refund on the drain clear. Please refund her. please call her to let her know the status whether it is or is not refunded.

On this visit I looked at both systems. I washed both condensor and changed filters. The td is 20. The port of connection for my gauges is gummed up and not serviceable. The system use soft start kits.

For this job I provided a free "second" opinion estimate to install a customer supplied kitchen faucet. Customer declined the estimate stating price was too high.
For this job, I did a super tuneup. Changed the filter. Delta was 20. Inducer was in tolerance. No water safety so I recommended a drain float switch. When the compressor kicks on the lights in the home flicker, I suggested an easy start. Homeowner has about 4 inches of insulation, suggested he bring it up to an R value of 30. At the outdoor unit refrigerant was good, Capacitor was in tolerance, cleaned out the coil, and unit was cooling and running when I left.

I have completed my electrical inspection there are two main panels are older Cutler hammers but the worstmanship is superb I did suggest a surge protector but she is not interested at this time and they are having trouble with a light switch a three-way specifically where more than likely the internal components of the switch have messed up but again she was not interested at this time and getting that fixed from us
Arrived onsite customer had a hose bibb in backyard she wanted looked at was leaking. Wants ahead and replaced the hose bibb tested after repair was made everything working properly.

Today we showed up for a complimentary plumbing inspection. Upon arrival homeowner was getting carport installed in the front of their home, they hit the main drain line causing sewer water to back out into the yard.
