During inspection discovered that system was completely empty of refrigerant, during further investigation discovered that leak was coming from condenser coil where the customers dog was urinating on the coil Let customer know we would warranty the coil this time but if it happens again we won't Made customer aware of 550 refrigerant charge and will be paid on return to Install new condenser coil Order new Goodman condenser coil

Arrived for CTU All components were working and in tolerance Recommended Blower clean, Coil clean, Compressor saver, line set cover,surge protection, and level 4 repair Installed all recommendations System working before I left.
Arrived for STU All components were working and in tolerance besides Gas valve. Ordered Gas valve and will do later. Recommended IAQ 200, surge protection and membership upgrade Customer okayed IAQ 200 and membership upgrade Installed IAQ 200 and upgrade membership Finance IAQ 200
Tech arrived at a membership 2 system tuneup. Upon inspection, the downstairs duel run capacitor was out of tolerance. The disconnect boxes were outdated and the plugs were stuck. The filters were replaced. The condenser coils were hosed off to assist with air flow across the coils. The drains were clear and bleach was poured. The blower areas were dirty. The Delta and refrigerant was within range. The customer was informed of recommendations today. He decided to move forward with replacing the disconnect boxes. The boxes were replaced, tested and functional. The duel run capacitor was replaced under warranty. The system was functioning upon departure.

Flu on heater is missing recommended installed vent on water heater Plumbing inspection on home Washer was bad on drain line at sink Husband is going to fix all plumbing issues
Hot water slab leak estimates
This system is over amping at 157 in rush. Those amps are starting to bite in the disconnect key. Please have us back out to install a hard start kit to resolve this issue. This system could also benifit from uv.
I replaced the light bulb in the attic and found that the 15 amp GFCI breaker they've been haveimg trouble with trips at the smallest use so replacement is the estimate I have sent regarding that
Arrived onsite performed plumbing inspection made some reccomendations no issues on plumbing at this time.
Upon arrival previous tech had not redone the wiring I had left so that the blower would keep running so the customer wouldn't be down while waiting for a new board and went ahead and changed wiring back to how it should be and system cycled on and off as normal in both heating and cooling
3/4/24 Mike S. Received new furnace control board replaced old control board with new tested all modes all working properly. Upon departure left in cooling set to 72 degrees 75 in home. Rec work complete.
During inspection discovered that indoor circuit board was not sending power to the motor in heating and cooling and will need to order new indoor circuit board for furnace under P&L Order new circuit board for furnace and let customer know as soon as possible when we can get back in for it
Came for a cooling tune up All components were in tolerance and working We saw and brought to customers attention that his main line was starting to clog up. We got customer okay to clean line.
During inspection verified that systems were working properly During inspection discovered that cap for downstairs system was below tolerance and then also talked to customer about other recommendations for the system and customer wanted to go ahead with new cap,uv bulb and compressor saver Customer also wanted to setup appt for duct cleaning for 2/26/24 Talked to Joe S and set appt for 2/26/24 and that payment would be collected when they arrive

Tech arrived at a tune-up. Upon inspection, the capacitor was within specs. The filter was relatively clean. The ductwork was dirty. The drain was clear and vinegar was poured. The heating system reached complete ignition. The Delta was within range. The attic insulation was low. The customer was informed of recommendations today. He will save up for the Level 1 Duct cleaning and IAQ 200 System and Air Cleaner. The customer has some electrical issues that he would like addressed. He is available this week or next any day except for Tuesdays or Thursdays. The system was functioning upon departure.
Returned and installed compressor saver kit, when I left system was running and cooling.
I relined the blower motor installed iAQ 200 attached insulation to furnace housing. This system is back online and cooling like nvr before. Please consider system replacement or at least be thinking about it. The age of the system is 12 years old I can see a time when a major componet could fail soon.
On arrival the system was running and heating producing a 20 degree delta. The indoor unit had clear drain lines and a clean coil and filter. The outside unit passed all electrical testing but was overamping on start up. Please schedule my rec work return visit for next Wednesday after 2.
This system is 19 years old basically rotting away in every aspect. The compressor starts 1 out of 5 times. The EVAP coil is rusted over. Biogrowth in the air handler. Blower motor is caked up. Drain switch not operational. I recommend system replacement. He wants to talk about this Friday between 10 and 12 am. He's been approved for 12 k
