3/18/24 Factory didn't install jumping wire for charging circuit, fixed issue will need to charge for 24 hours then Mark W to return on 3/19/24 to check on it

Replace generator battery no charge

Arrived to no lights on the generator. Tested battery to find that it had 0 voltage. Mark W to return tomorrow with a replacement battery. No service fee today per Mark W.

Replaced breaker ran system cycles. TRANE Main living area system is running as should. Left system in cool mode.

Upon arrival system was down, found pass through breaker had failed. Need pass through breaker ordered payment collected.

2/21/24 Will need to return Monday the 26th to fix water leak and run wire

Put dryer plug back like it was. The plug works but is not safe dryer working. All done. Customer not here at this time

Upon arrival found outdoor unit to not be getting low volt power checked indoor fuse and found it to be intact checked for low voltage from unit to drain switch and there was 24 volts checked power from drain switch to outdoor and tstat wire there was no voltage Checked continuity on drain switch and found it to have none Replaced drain switch unit is now running as intended

Post is set. Install pending date Install 14kw Generac generator and install pressure tank and jet pump on customer supplied water tank

Tyler L completed an electrical tune-up found no issues but their panel was completely full so a surge protector would not fit

Fixed supply air duct leak. 30% membership benefit. Fixed the emergency pan, properly secured.

Plumbing inspection

Customer has exposed water loop in outdoor closet that isn't insulated causing freezes

During inspection verified that main house unit was working properly Customer also stated that he doesn't know if his mini split heats or not and wanted us to see and discovered that remote either isn't good or is the wrong one and would need a new one Customer also stated that main barn system is now being serviced by lightfoot and we will be doing the main house and smaller studio

Install 36k hz heat pump use current filtration

Low pressure switch lockout code on compressor. Heavy rust and leaks in evaporator coil. No manufacture warranties. CA appointment set 1/16/24 @12-3pm. Discussed the many option we have in this scenario, homeowner agrees the best option is getting it replaced with something more efficient and reliable. Homeowner had discrepancy about the service fee due to not having anyone come out and service the system since she purchased the membership. In order to keep the peace and the customer, I removed the service fee.

2022 Amana Airhandler Checked and tightened all electrical connections Changed customer provided filter Drain is clear and draining poured a gallon of water down Blower motor and wheel were acceptable Evaporator coil was acceptable Heat strips were functional and within manufacture range Uv bulb is no longer working 2022 Amana Heatpump Checked and tightened all electrical connections Dual run capacitor was within manufacturers range Defrost board was acceptable Defrost is functional Refrigerant levels were acceptable at this time Condenser coil was acceptable Fan blades and motor were acceptable Washed coil from inside out Waxed top of unit Replaced uv bulb and added compressor saver to system

I can out today because a low pressure switch has compressor off. I checked the rest of the system and found 3 very clogged filters 2 in the ceiling and 1 4 clogged 4 inch in the air handler. after changing filters I reset the system and gauged up to condenser to insure pressure was good. System is back online and cooling.
