The generator is doing just fine it's not showing up with any error codes the notifications that she was talking about in her app happened on March 19th and there were because somebody had flipped one of the auxiliary switches off and the generator was trying to start but you can see that somebody went out there after turned it back on and it has been working perfectly ever since

04/08/24 Tyler s- master bathroom sink was clogged so instead of running camera I snaked the line and sink doesn't back up any more. Wasn't able to camera from sink drain anyways

The connections for the stove had been burnt and when I went to go take one of the nuts off to strip the wire the plastic bracket that holds it broke off so I had wired it all together under a blue wire nut so that the residents could use the stove tonight and told the owners to replace the stove as soon as possible

Oem control board is losing “common”. Blower motor will run for a few minutes then stop due to lost connection. Outdoor condenser will keep running after blower motor stops and will cause the coil to freeze up. Board needs to be replaced under parts only warranty. Blower motor would not run long enough for the technician to troubleshoot. Will be able to determine the blower motor is working properly once the board is replaced.

Arrived to outdoor unit turning on but blower was not starting. Turned off breakers to check electrical connections and test the motor. Motor is acceptable and all connections are tight. Reset breakers and system turned on in heating and in cooling. Performed function check 3 times and system came on every time. All functions normal at this time. System was running on heat upon departure.

Customer claims is a gas smell possible burnt gas. Noticed only 1 burner was lightening on heating unit seemed that other burners were struggling before the finally lit

Technician could not find a gas leak. Checked gas line with bubbles, checked gas pressure at the valve and checked heat exchanger. Mark W came to help and working together we’re not able to find the problem. Mark W is scheduled to return if problem persists. No charge for service fee per Mark W.

03/09/24 Tyler S- gas waterheater was clogged on the vents with dog hair and had a hard time booting up. Cleaned up the system and checked for leaks. No sign of gas leaking. If there continues to be an issue then call Mark as he lives nearby and can come by in an emergency

Carrier heat pump with air handler installed in 2007. R22 refrigerant levels are acceptable. Faulty thermostat is preventing the heat strips to turn on. Blower wheel and evaporator coil are very dirty with biological growth. Compressor and condenser fan motor are acceptable.
