Customer said that they believed the UV light was causing a smell within the home like burning or ozone and that it could be harmful to them. After inspection no evidence suggest that there is any electrical burning. Co levels are within stable ranges. I did notice the smell however could not find a source. I have shut off the uv system for the time being. I recommend upgrading the air filter to Aprilaire and a duct cleaning as they could absolutely benefit from both. Changed filter while I was here.

Tech Cody and Hunter arrived to customer's home, we met Mr Coates and he directed us inside to the indoor unit and thermostat. Cody started the inspection inside while Hunter went outside to start the washing of the condensing coil. Inside we found the evaporator coil would be cleaned, the blower wheel to be cleaned and the capacitor for the blower motor to be in tolerance, and the filter was not in need of changing. When the unit was turned on to heat the furnace went through all its safeties and all burners turned on without any issue. There was a fixed metering device installed, along with drain protection for the evaporator coil. Outside after the condensing coil had been washed we took our electrical readings, there was no hard start kit installed and this was reflected with a high in Rush amp test. During inspection verified that system was working properly Spoke with the customer about surge protection for the system and the home and customer stated they needed to get there breaker panel upgraded Let customer know I could setup an appt for our electrician to come out and give them a quote to installing a new breaker panel Send Tyler out 4/3/24 at around noon to come out and look at breaker panel

During inspection I found the water heater was 4 years old and operating efficiently Cust explained he doesn't get hot water to the master bath sink. Recommended circulation pump Insulation levels acceptable Drains acceptable Water shut offs acceptable, bathrooms have recently been remodeled

On arrival system was running and cooling producing an 18 degree delta. The indoor unit had clear drain lines and a dirty blower. The coil was clean. The blower capicator was a 20 mfd reading 16.6. Customer declined replacing at this time. The outdoor unit passed all electrical testing but was overamping on start up. I recommended a compressor saver kit. When I left system was running and cooling.

Arrived for STU All components were working and tolerance Cap was out of tolerance but was under warranty so we replaced Recommended Aprilaire upgrade, evap and blower clean, and IAQ 200 to help with keeping system clean and healthy

I've returned to to repair a leak on the condensor. The system has held vaccum for 30min. Leak has been repaired system is full charged and tD is 20. System is back online and ready for cooling

System has a leak at the accumulator. Repair will be done this Friday at 10 am.

During inspection verified that system was working properly Spoke to customers about recommendations for the system to prevent any problems for the system in the future Customer didn't want to move forward at this time and said she would most likely move forward on them at the next tune up

This is an estimate to replace the drain port at the base of the water heater with a new all brass piece.

After arrival I explained to the homeowner since he has a plastic drain port at the bottom of the water heater that it is very likely for it to leak after my water heater flush and he said it is okay, he has a cap for it if that happens. I then hooked up my hose and began the water heater flush and then a few seconds in the drain port clogged at the base and I was unable to perform the waterheater flush. The homeowner understood there was nothing I was able to do to fix this and says he plans on replacing my dream board himself and will give us a call back out if you would like us to flush it again. After arrival I began my plumbing tune up and noticed that the water heater was twenty two years old. I gave the home owner some advice on getting an alarm system put in because there is not a pan so whenever the tank ruptures they will at least be notified. I also recommended that they put some cocking around. The pedestal sink in the half bathroom downstairs , so it will be more secure against the wall. Besides that, the homeowner has some slightly old angle stops , but everything seems to be working fine, thank you.

After arrival I began my plumbing tune up and walking throughout the home, the only thing I noticed was hard water residue. Besides that everything else has been well maintained with no issues. Thank you.

Estimate on water heater

During today's plumbing tune up, the homeowner told me that she recently had all of the waterlines replaced with pex as well as multiple rooms recently renovated. Both of the water heaters in the attic are less than a year old and both have flood on them with a rescirculating pump. After doing my full inspection I came across snow issues, Thank you very much.

Tech arrived at a membership tune-up. Upon inspection, the capacitor was within specs. The contactor was in working condition. The condenser coils were hosed off to assist with air flow across the coils. There was a pull type disconnect. The filter was dirty and replaced. The blower area was a little dirty. The UV system was on. The heating system reached complete ignition. The drain was clear and bleach was poured. The customer was informed of recommendations today. He decided to update his membership and will review the recommendations for a later time. The office was contacted and there was not a plumber scheduled to evaluate the water heater. The office will call to set up an appointment. The system was functioning upon departure.
