03/29/24 Tyler S- code issues with new installed waterheater. Needs to be on risers and I didn't see enough combustion air flow for closet. Gas line out side is rusting and needs to be painted for protection. No other issues

Tech arrived at a 2 system tuneup. Customer asked about airflow. Upon inspection the downstairs system duel run capacitor was out of tolerance and replaced. The condenser coils were hosed off to assist with air flow across the coils. The blower areas and ductwork was very dirty. The blower capacitors were out of tolerance. The drains were clear and bleach was poured. The heating systems reached complete ignition. The downstairs flame sensors were scorched. The refrigerant and Deltas were within range. The customer was informed of recommendations today. He will review the information and let us know what they decide. HW The systems were functioning upon departure.

This system is in tolerance and tD is 20 in cooling. The system could benifit from a UV system to handle air quality. It could also use a hard start. Over system is in good shape

Tech arrived at a service call. Upon inspection, the downstairs system had low voltage short on the Y wire. The short was isolated to the contactor. The contactor failed the resistance test. This item was replaced and the system regained functionality. The system was cooling upon departure

Install 60k hz heat pump use current filtration, slab, disconnect, whip, drain pan, wifi thermostat, new return plenum, whole home duct reseal

Arrived to customer for a recall ,after performing evaluation of system I found that the thermostat was wrong,was unable to find customer to discuss repairs and collect service fee pausing call,bad control board

Indoor unit is operating, cap is out of tolerance, flame sensor has corrosion build up on it ,outdoor units cap was dead, completed work and left system heating

Upon arrival systems were in working condition. Looking at the indoor unit all electrical connections and components are good. Blowers are a little dirty. Coils are clean. Return plenums are dirty. Filters were changed. Heating componets and safetys are good. Looking at the outdoor units all electrical connections and components are good. Capacitors within tolerance. Amp draws are acceptable. Cleaned unit inside out. Left system in working condition.

Tech arrived at a membership tune-up. Upon inspection, the capacitor was out of tolerance and was replaced under warranty. The system did not appear to have Surge Protection. The filter was dirty and replaced. The ductwork and blower area was dirty. The drain was clear and bleach was poured. The heating system reached complete ignition. The customer was informed of recommendations today. He will talk to his wife about upgrading to an AprilAire filter. He will call back next month for installation. The system was functioning upon departure.

System was functioning as should ,surge protection was out ,replaced and upgraded uv system ,left system heating

Tech arrived at a 3 system tune-up. The filters were replaced. The drain systems were clear. The heating systems reached complete ignition. The upstairs and bedroom system capacitors were out of tolerance. The downstairs contactor was scorched. The condenser coils were dirty. The customer was informed of recommendations today. The customer would like to move forward with replacing the capacitors and contactor, as well as fixing the leak on the bedroom system. The bedroom system capacitor was replaced today. The customer will be available for repairs next week. This job may take multiple hours and should be scheduled in the morning if possible. Will pick up parts needed at the shop throughout the week.

Tech arrived at a service call. Upon inspection the furnace was making a low thud sound. The gas was flowing intermittently. The pressure switch tubing was cleared and the system was retested. The system maintained steady gas flow. The pressure switch was replaced, tested and functioning. The system was heating upon departure.

Tech arrived at a membership tune-up. It was raining. Upon inspection, the capacitor was within specs. The contactorless board was giving no error codes. The surge protector was functioning. The filter was dirty and replaced. The UV system was functioning. The blower area was clean. The drain was clear. There was excessive air leakage at the supply plenum. This area was resealed with tape. The customer was informed of recommendations today. He would like speak with a Comfort Advisor about Generator options and pricing. The meeting is set for tomorrow morning or afternoon.

Upsized duct coming off of plenum to a 10" and built a duct board box for the 7" and 8" duct to feed the back left room of the home hung the new duct work to ensure there are no kinks

Customer had concerns about airflow to a bedroom. After reviewing the duct work i have determined that it will need to be altered. Alex D or myself will return once materials have been gathered. Will need a 10" partial 7" and partial 8" flex duct. Will also need a box and 2x 10" 1x7" 1x8" supply collars.

On arrival both systems were running and cooling. I performed a htu on both systems. Both furnaces turned on and ran as intended with no issues. As I left both systems were back on cooling.

Replaced waterheater I back of home 10 year part 1 yr labor.

Need to get 30 gallon waterheater with 10 year part warranty and a drain pan and alarm Will return to put waterheater in on 9/28/23 1st call

Filter is dirty but client will change that. Drain lines are clear. Looking at the outdoor unit all electrical connections and components are good. Capacitor within tolerance. Found that capacitor was out of tolerance again, caused by a faulty breaker on the units disconnect. Replaced cap and disconnects breaker. Unit is running as normal.

Installed a water safety switch on the secondary drain line. The system now has two water protection devices.

Tech arrived at a warranty service call. Upon inspection the capacitor was out of tolerance and the condenser coils were dirty. The capacitor was replaced and the condenser coils were hosed off to assist with air flow across the coils. The UV bulb was expired and not functioning. This was replaced today. The system was functioning upon departure with a 20 degree Delta.
