Electrical rec work complete, found two wiring fire hazards in the attic. Rewired and grounded properly in junction boxes While completing rec work Cust stated he needed his water heater flushed, so performed a de-scale water heater. Breaker panel was exposed so I put ge caps on panel to prevent anyone getting shocked. Me and Mark W need to return in September to give estimate for adding lights to car port and removing light from light pole.

Schrader valve was leaking as soon as I pulled the cap. Barely any pressure in the system sold 16 Oz of 410a and got it cooling.
04/17/24 Techs Cody and Hunter arrived to customer's home. We met Mr.Aroz and he guided us inside to the thermostat and attic access. Cody started inside at the indoor unit and immediately noticed corrosion in the drain pan and microbial growth in the blower cabinet. The coil was clean and had no corrosion, the filter was not in need of replacement. Outside Hunter cleaned the coil and found a failed contactor inside the electrical box due to a loose connection. The homeowner had a lifetime warranty on the part so we replaced it free of charge. Once we got the system running we hooked up the guages and found the system to be overcharged. I do not have a recovery drum on my truck so I was unable to remove refrigerant from the system. I called dispatch to let them know about the situation and had to pause the call.
Techs Cody and Hunter arrived to customer's home. Hunter went to the thermostats and it is in emergency heat mode we switched it cooling. It started to cool. We hooked up to the condenser and the subcool was in -3 and stayed there. The unit was a piston. We assume there is a leak somewhere. The house was at the temperature they liked so they didn't want us to look for a leak.
