Amana heat pump with air handler installed in 2019. All electrical connections are tight with no corrosion. Blower motor is acceptable. Blower wheel and evaporator coil are clean. Heat strips are pulling proper amperage. Compressor and condenser fan motor are acceptable. Refrigerant levels are in range. A compressor saver is recommended to help improve the efficiency and reliability of the system.
Fixed pipe where Ian installed new hose bibb -(call back on ian) Customer is going to insulate. Recall
*1 11/10/23 Tyler- found leak under main house beh8nd a hose bibb. Appears to be galvanized pipe. Our prices are to high per customer
Arrived to no heat, Jumped R G and Y wires at thermostat system came on in heat. Determined that thermostat is bad. Needs 3 heat 2 cool thermostat ordered.
Went and swapped out shorted O wire that was jumpered to let ac keep working Used extra wire that was not being used in the tstat strand and tested to make sure AC and Heating was working Left customers house with system cooling
Removed old toilet in mother-in-law suite, was leaking from the tank to the bowl, needed tank rebuild kit, needed new wax ring, recommended replacement Installed new American Standard toilet, checked for leaks, checked for stoppages. Toilet is operating correctly Swapped out broken flush handle Toilet rebuild kit upstairs Found another hose bib leaking needs to be swapped cust doesn't want to do it at this time
Replacing cust outdoor hose bibs, found one that would not stop dripping and found another leaking from the cutoff Replacing cust toilet in mother-in-law suite, current toilet is leaking water from tank to bowl, from bowl to ground as well. Fill valve and flush valve have also failed. Tank Rebuild on upstairs toilet Flush handle on downstairs toilet has broke, will replace when I return with new toilet.

Found breaker failure on Colman system, system is operating at this time Need to order passthrough breaker for Colman condenser Has to be breaker supplied with system Not the cut off
Arrived to no cool. Technician discovered that indoor unit was on and blowing all the time but not getting cool. Technician found that the outdoor disconnect had not been turned back on. Turned disconnect back on and outdoor unit started up. Turned temperature down on thermostat to get proper refrigerant readings. System went to stage 5 in cool and refrigerant levels are in range.
During inspection discovered that 3 amp fuse had blown and that the cap was below tolerance not allowing the compressor to turn on went ahead and got both swapped out and system turned right on and was cooling Left customers house with system cooling
Main living area system - On arrival the down stairs Condenser was not turning on , found the pass through breaker inside the unit was flipped off turned ot back on and monitored the system , refrigerant levels were acceptable at this time, electrical connections were acceptable, washed the unit from the inside out , waxed the top of the unit. Blower wheel was acceptable, Evaporator coil was acceptable, changed the filter for customer, poured a gallon of water down the drain and it drained, uv bulb burned out reccomened replacing. Upstairs system- checked refrigerant levels and they were acceptable at this time, washed the unit out from the inside , waxed the top of the unit , dual capacitor was acceptable, electrical contactor was acceptable. Filter had been changed recently , blower wheel was acceptable, Evaporator coil was acceptable, electrical connections were acceptable, checked the drain by pouring a gallon of water down the drain. Arrived at 8:10 Preformed Eval on system and freon levels were acceptable, found dirty coil and return leak causing the coil to get dirty , need to address issues at the same time so it prevents it from happingin in the future.
Upon arrival to customers house system was off During inspection discovered that the board had gone bad and was not allowing the system to turn on Customer paid for service fee and membership today but said he could pay for board tomorrow when he gets paid if the office could give him a call or email
Arrived for system evalx2 Downstairs is low on refrigerant and wont last the summer Upstairs has a lot of biological growth in the plenum - the air handler drain vents are not tall enough - supply grills should be redone/sealed better to prevent biological growth forming around the grill base System replacement recommended due to age and refrigerant issues Upstairs system if not replaced needs drain vents corrected and either a deep cleaning or a UV system to counteract biological growth CA scheduled for 5/17 12-3
Install used 42k hp condenser 5-12-23 Filled out check form. Install is complete.
5/7/23 - On arrival indoor system was functional but outdoor would not come on. Have the error saying the low pressure switch had been tripped. Cycled power system came back on. It's low on charge I do not have any 410 to put in the system used the last of it on my last call. Will need to schedule for someone to come out and put 410 in the system. Need to have someone come out tomorrow to charge the system per Brian. Left system in cooling it is functioning but low charge 4.4 subcooling.
Arrived to replace zone control board and outdoor dual run capacitor and contactor, I evaluated the existing zone board and confirmed that it is not operating, replaced replaced the zone board and tested both dampers, zone system is working as it should, when evaluating the outdoor unit i found it to be extremely low on R-22 refrigerant, running pressure at 0psi, I then called the customer before I conducted the repairs on the outside unit to let him know the situation, customer was not happy at receiving this news and seems to be very busy, let dispatch know that I did not do the outdoor unit repairs so the customer does not need to be charged for them however we do need to collect the remaining balance for the service fee and zone control board

Did a evaluation on 12 year old Trane heat pump, tested capacitor, checked filter, drain is, found air handler would come on,condenser would not,checked voltage found the condenser wasn't get low voltage, found wire not loose from r(24v) wire cause wire nut fell off ,rewired wires, and got system operating correctly, damage to plastic cover on top of condenser, customer asked if it was caused by storm,told customer that it is possible but i can't guarantee 100% that it was caused by storm,recommended replacing system due to age, membership, and rewiring,customer wanted to go with repairs, refrigerant levels are good, customer verified unit was working properly when leaving C

Did a evaluation on 2007 Trane electric systems, checked capacitors found dual run capacitor for north side unit was weak, checked filters, drains are good, talked to customer and got some information, was told the system were operating normally before the hail storm, after the hail storm the north side unit still operating normally, south side unit was not coming on, checked voltage found the thermostats were sending signal to zone board zone board was not sending signal to equipment, recommended replacing zone board, dual run capacitor (north side), contactor (north side),and replacing tops on both condenser units due to damage, customer stated he would talk with insurance, refrigerant levels are good, customer wants us to get price for the condenser tops, Model #:2TTX4042B1000AA Serial #:81456UY2F Model #:2TTX4069B1000BA Serial #:7271S4N2F
The top for Heat Pump separated from fan motor 3/4 of the way and condenser fan motor is dangling from top, will need to see if one can be found or have to order one. Hold for price hold for parts.
