Tech arrived at a membership tune-up. Upon arrival the customer was concerned about high electric bills. Upon inspection, the capacitors were within specs. The contactors were in working condition. The refrigerant and Delta was within range. The condenser coils were hosed off to assist with air flow across the coils. The filters were relatively clean. The drains were clear. There was growth present in the systems. The main system UV bulb was not functioning. The heat strips were within range. The customer was informed of recommendations today. He decided to upgrade the UV system to a UVC system and air cleaner. He also decided to upgrade the 20*20*5 box filter to an AprilAire filter. The UVC system and treatment strips were installed and functional today. We will order the filter and install when it comes in. The customer recently replaced a pool motor. This could be a source of high energy. Customer was also informed that when the heat strips are in use, there is an influx of en

2016 Amana airhandler Checked and tightened all electrical connections Customer recently changed filter Heatstrips were functional and within manufacture range Blower motor and wheel were acceptable Evaporator coil was acceptable Some biological growth in system 2016 Amana heatpump Checked and tightened all electrical connections Dual run cap was out of manufacture range replaced cap under warranty Primary electrical unit was acceptable Defrost board was acceptable Defrost is functional Refrigerant levels were acceptable at this time Condenser coil was acceptable Fan blades and motor were acceptable Washed coil from inside out Waxed top of unit

2012 HP. Evaluation shown - very low DeltaT- indicating low Refrigerant. Blower Motor noise and wheel has dirt and dust build-up reducing airflow. Filter had been recently replaced. Wet switch malfunctioning. Uv ballast compromised. Heavy biological growth on the indoor unit. Outdoor unit- low suction line temp indicating low Refrigerant. Took the fan off and immediately saw oil streaks on the inside coil. Leak detection confirmed. Low Amp Draw — Low amp draw is caused by the reduced refrigerant flow rate through the compressor. During the compression stroke, some of the refrigerant will leak through the suction valve and back into the suction line, which reduces the refrigerant flow. After discussing all found issues, and bringing homeowner to see issues. Homeowner agrees to a CA 1/26/24 @3pm to discuss system replacement due to the age and performance of current system. Homeowner also wants an estimate of potential work and will weigh the options.

2 system heating tune up performed today. Bedroom unit is a carrier heat pump and air handler installed in 2020. All electrical connections are tight with no corrosion. Heat strips are pulling proper amperage. Blower wheel and evaporator coil are clean. Compressor is acceptable but the condenser fan motor is pulling high amps and has a vibration caused by loose bearings. The motor needs to be replaced soon. Refrigerant levels are in range. Main unit is a carrier heat pump with an air handler installed in 2020. All electrical connections are tight with no corrosion. Heat strips are pulling proper amperage. Blower wheel and evaporator coil are clean. Compressor and condenser fan motor are acceptable. Refrigerant levels are in range.

During inspection found air handler was getting 20v of power Checked panel and found incoming power was off Cust needs to contact their electricity provider When power is restored cust can call us back out of system is still not operating
Mark D.
Goodman heat pump with air handler installed in 2018. All electrical connections are tight with no corrosion. Heat strips are pulling proper amperage. PSC blower motor and capacitor are acceptable. Blower wheel is clean. Compressor and condenser fan motor are working as they should. Technician highly suggests adding a compressor saver to each system to improve the reliability and longevity of the systems.

1/6/24 I will be returning Wednesday the 10th to label the panel along with another person
colby.finch@acgenius.com
On arrival system was running and heating with no issues. Indoor unit had a clean blower and coil and clear drain lines. Outdoor unit passed all electrical testing. I recommended a compressor saver kit and we will revisit it in the spring. I am pausing the call in order to adjust his membership information.
Tyler L.
The estimate that I have sent does not include any replacements that must be done in the event that we find something during the diagnostic and this diagnostic will include figuring out why one of the breakers is tripping figuring out why one of the GFCI circuits has no power and then the hour and a half of Labor to separate all double lugged neutrals will need to get a new bar for it
